Hi
I am buying a 50% share of a £330,000 flat so i will be paying £165,000. I have a help to buy ISA and was wondering as I am paying just £165,000 and the flat is in epsom would i be able to use the ISA? or will i not as Epsom is not in the London area and the flat is worth more than £250,000?
Thank You

The limit is based on the total value of the property, so unless you are prepared to wait for the lifetime ISA, you'll not get any Government top-up when purchasing a property worth £330k outside of London.0
