PC screen turns black when I exit full screen

Hello all

When I exit full screen to my desktop screen after playing my game my screen turns black. I can still hear the content while the screen is black so I end up having to turn off and restart the PC from the mains.
I have an all-in type PC with everything built into the monitor, and it's only 18 months old.

Can this problem be solved by me with the help of you guys or is it heading for the repair shop?

System details: Lenovo - C460 PDC
Windows 10 Home
Version 1511
Intel (R) Pentium (R) CPU
G3220T@2.60 GHz
Installed RAM 4.00 GB
System type: x64 based processor
Pen and touch: Touch support with 5 touch points.

It sounds like it could be a driver problem. Have you tried downloading and installing the latest video driver? You should be able to find it at the support section of Lenovo's website.

Well, if you want to damage your hardware and lose all your data, just keep on doing that......

Never heard of holding the power button for 5 seconds? (or until it restarts)

Have you tried ALT+TAB to get back to desktop? Or ALT+CTRL+DEL to bring up task manager and then closing the offending program?

Have you searching the internet for issues relating to this "game"?

I've tried the download but a message reads ' NVIDIA installer cannot continue. The graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware'

Is there something else you can suggest?

Yes, I know my actions are not helping, will try the power button and ALT+TAB suggestion the next time it happens.

This happens to all games that are played.

Basics - how do you know you've got an NVidia graphics card? I don't see one listed in your specs.
