Hi All,
Sorry for the long delay, but I just wanted to share that in the end I won this case in court!
The judge dismissed the case after about 5 minutes as the pictures provided by UKPC were of such poor quality and lighting that they couldn't actually show where I was parking and if it was within a marked bay.
The judge did say that if the pictures were better quality then I would probably have lost with the defence that I had.
Hope this helps anyone in the future!0 -
