I duly signed up by clicking through from tnis site before the deadline of 12 mn thursday.
Got the Mastercard with £100 and £75 cashback. (it gets nearly all used up with one off charges)
Got my welcome email an reference number.
Then it stopped dead. Rang the helplines and it has gone to CONTINGENCY.
I had to give it a while then ring again..
Reassured my deal would be honoured.
Rang again. Told no deal.
Forget it. I need to start again when modem is installed.
No deals.
Where do I go from here. I still have my E Mail with ref number and no deals.
Any hotlines/contacts?
Cheers Andy

Virgin Media?
I had a problem with this deal, but it sounds like you got a lot further than I did. I made a formal complaint and have been waiting a week for BT to respond.
You could try the same, large numbers of complaints might kick BT into some action.... Probably not, but might.

Did you get a response from BT?
I've been waiting for 3 weeks and heard nothing.0 -
No still unable to sign up as Open Reach have not installed the neccesary equipment and notified BT.
I will try again then

The complaints dept at BT is slow. Your best bet is to tweet @BTCare. They will hate the public issues and get things sorted quickly.Sealed Pot Challenge:

Thanks for the kind reply but I am not tweet enabled !!
