The claim is being processed - it's too early for insurance renewal so I can't comment on that, but the soap opera that is my lunatic colleague has been pulled for doing 50 in a 30. What larks.
Out of I interest, I Googled the possible consequences and the minimum is four points, the max is a 28 day ban.
Am I right to assume that the minimum would be for people with clean licences, and the maximum is for people who have a dd on their licence, a speed awareness course AND three points for speeding after the speed awareness course?
