Are the Tories going to tear themselves apart?

Corbyn is a total loser..........
Sorry, I wasn't aware that he was seen as a potential future Tory leader!'I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my father. Not screaming and terrified like his passengers.' (Bob Monkhouse).
Sky? Believe in better.
Note: win, draw or lose (not 'loose' - opposite of tight!)0 -
Its the new friendly fairer politics. All the best players switch sides at half term to make sure it's an Even gameLeft is never right but I always am.0

I don't think taxpayers' money should be used to fund the ownership of assets by individuals. The properties would have been purchased anyway, so there's no extra revenue. Unless you're implying the property prices will increase as a result, in which case it's not actually helping people buy their own home.
is someone who saves for a pension and then withdraws some out at age 60 and uses it to buy a car also in the group of "I dont think taxpayers' money should be used to fund the ownership of assets by individuals" ???0 -
Two problems for the tories atm, one Osborne isn't as good as he thinks he is
Secondly whilst labour aren't very good at opposing them the tories will do what they always do...fight each other.0 -

Nah he's got no chance. He's nearly as left wing as IDS.0 -

The Rod Altmann letter is v interesting. I know whose views I trust most on pensions (clue, not IDS).
Party politics in the UK not very healthy again.
Europe appears to be the Tory kryptonite. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Watching Andrew Marr, I think IDS has handled this interview well. He has made some valid points.
For the record, I find IDS the person prickly, but agree with many of his views on the need for social justice and think that the party does need to be more collegiate. However he can't play the collegiate card if the Altmann interview shows that's something he has failed to do himself.
The description of Cameron and Osborne as Ant and Dec made me chuckle. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing?
