Rinse them after you drain the water, then chop them finely and fry with sliced onion, then use to fill an omelette.
Or saut!e with garlic in plenty of olive oil and add a few cubes of boiled potatoes, add chop mint and mix it all to make a lovely nutritious side dish.
Or chop, fry with garlic and chili and use as pasta topping with a good handful of chopped fresh parsley.
Or drain on kitchen paper then dip in batter and fry.
I could go on for ages as I love artichokes but I realise you only have 1 can! HTHFinally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0 -
