I have a random tin of Artichoke Hearts in my cupboard and want to use them up.
Any ideas what i can use them for? I have never tried them before, so don't know why i bought them!

I like em but they are an acquired taste - drain, halve and serve with saladBossymoo

Wrap them in parma ham (or prosciutto crudo) as a starter. You can do the same with palm hearts. They're great on their own with a little dressing of decent olive oil and garlic.0

I think i will open the tin tonight and give them a taste. If i like them, I'll do the salad idea.
If not, the bin can have them0 -

I bought a tin for a recipe I was making once, oh my they were disgusting and not cheap either. Put them in a bin and back away slowly :rotfl:.0

I'd describe the taste as a nutty sprout taste with a mushy sprout consistency.

I really like this Spinach and Artichoke one-pot pasta dish, it's very tasty. I tweaked the recipe a bit and added some white wine instead of all stock, and a bit of lemon juice at the end, it really made it.0
