Money for Nothing from Barclaycard

I just had to share this!
Since Barclaycard changed their monthly online statements to reflect the same as the paper one, I have been unable to download them using Google Chrome, my browser of choice. So I have been logging in through MS Edge (which I do not like) purely to download my statements, not really a problem just a pain having to remember.
Anyway I decided to contact BCard to ask if it was a problem with them or a problem with chrome. I got a phone call last night to say it was a technical problem they were aware of and they were working to fix it asap. Next thing was the CS agent said that they were crediting my BCard with £20 for the inconvenience of having to use another browser. I was gobsmacked to be fair and thanked the guy very much for his help.
I was only after finding out if it was a glitch with chrome really but as they say never look a gift horse in the mouth:D
I logged in this morning and sure enough my BC was £20 in credit, so it really was money for nothing and certainly never expected.
