Yes, i'm using one now, it has two full size usb ports, i've connected them without a problem to a mouse, a usb pen stick and a powered hdd, the only thing i havent tried is an external hdd that uses the devices power. ( the usb ports are connected to the keyboard bit so in tablet mode you havent got them.)

Oh and its has bluetooth as well, i've only connected it to a speaker and an android tablet (although thansfer speed was pretty slow to the tablet) but i'm guessing a bluetooth mouse would work fine.

I do have to add though, the only issue i have with the lenova, the on-board speaker is very quiet.
