    Just popping on before I go to bed, my blood sugar is high again so I will be re reading the Blood Sugar Diet book again and try to do a bit better this time. I've had a good day though with a few visitors. It's my eldest daughter's birthday tomorrow. She will be 29, how on earth did that happen :).
