I would like to video chat, while on holiday, with some friends, some of whom have tablets, but some only have Windows PCs or Laptops.
My Android tablet has Hangouts installed.
Can Hangouts be installed on the Windows PCs and Laptops?
If not, is there a cross-platform, video calling program/app, that could be used between the tablets, PCs and Laptops?

As above, you can have an app, or use it within the Chrome browser, much of a muchness really. You can access it from your GMail account on the web.0
