Safestyle windows, my experience

Over the last couple of years we have had our windows and front door and porch replaced by Safestyle, The porch had to be rebuilt because it was out of true. Then when winter comes and the wind blows the draughs reveal themselves. After 4 visits by different fitters plus one so called area fittings manager all making adjustments they are all still draughty.The front door which is a composite robust item the salesman absolutley guaranteed will not let through the draughs ,,( he lied).Last year a senior fittings manager whilst examining the porch informs me that hardly any sealing mastic had been used under the seals at the base of the porch were he made good I hope. but the door still lets through the draught.
Since all installations we have had five visiting fitters all making adjustments, still not right. This is our experience so when I see their latest TV advert I laugh at their claims and hurl expletives at the TV screen,, bunch of muppets.
