Someone dinged my car!

Options
Picked it up from the bodyshop yesterday where they took two weeks to do £2,300 worth of work to repair a no-fault crash I had about a month ago and when I got to my car this morning there is a dent in my boot and some paint scratched and flaking off the bumper. Obviously a car park ding, either at work or at home, no note.

Any other day I would write it off as the cost of having a car, but less than 24 hours after getting it back? :(

There's no question there really, sorry, just wanted to vent. I'm going to get big rubber bumpers to put all round my car.

    Pulp Fiction had it right.

Vincent: Boy, I wish I could've caught him doing it. I'd have given anything to catch that a**hole doing it. It'd been worth him doing it just so I could've caught him doing it.

    Lance: What a flipper!

Vincent: What's more chickenpoo than flipping with a man's automobile? I mean, don't flip with another man's vehicle.

    Lance: You don't do it.

Vincent: It's just against the rules.

I bought a car a couple of years ago, paid £13k (which was the most I'd ever spent on a car), within two weeks it had front and rear scrapes, (it had been parked up when I worked away) no-one bothered to leave notes

Just had it touched up this year £250 + VAT.

I'm also with pulp fiction on this one!
Remember the time he ate my goldfish? And you lied and said I never had goldfish. Then why did I have the bowl Bart? Why did I have the bowl?
  • Hah yes, pulp fiction would seem appropriate. I did consider knocking on each of my neighbour's doors to find the culprit and drag them out by the hair.

    I've calmed down now.
