Unable to switch

Applied to transfer from Scottish Power to iSupply Energy but was rejected on the following grounds.
"The reason that the registration has failed is due to your MPAN (Meter Point Administration Number) for your property being related. This means that there are 2 meters linked to your property which both require supply. Currently we are unable to support related MPANs, so we are unable to supply you at this time."

Does this mean unable to switch to other suppliers?

Are you on an Economy 10 or Heatwise tariff? Sounds like it. If so, very few suppliers support this kind of metering. I believe SSE, Eon and EDF do, but E10 tariffs will not be shown on any comp sites, so you'll need to do the calculations manually-or change your metering
