Barclaycard Mastercard disappeared online

Hi!
Jut logged on to Barclaycard online, and found that my mastercard has disappeared. My statement would of appeared today, so I don't know how much it is, or how to pay it (I normally just pay online) My other two visa accounts are there.
Anyone else had the same?
I do vaguely remember receiving a letter saying that they where going to switch all mastercards to visa cards, so perhaps its part of that?

You are right in the fact they are swapping any Barclaycard MasterCard holders over to Visa Credit Cards.
Might be why it's disappeared from Online Servicing (or it's a temporary glitch). It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.0 -
The app or online sometimes does have card disappearing problems. Maybe due to maintenance0

The changeover from Mastercard to Visa is a complete shambles, my card expires at the end of the month but I have yet receive a new card. Ringing Customer Services, if you can call them that, is useless as they are unable to tell me when I will receive the new card.
Since Friday there has been a message on the log in page that "A small number of customers may not be able to log in - we're working hard to correct this issue and hope to have it resolved soon" I log in OK, mybarclaycard flashes up for a couple of seconds, long enough to see my card number has changed, but then a system fault page appears. This morning I rung the internet service desk and, as I expected, this so called problem they are working hard to correct is down to the fact card numbers are changing, nothing can be done despite the fact I have a secure message waiting for me. What they could tell me was that the new card had been sent out on Friday.0 -

Thank you for posting this. My card expires today and I have yet to receive a new one. Messaging gets me nowhere, just pleased it looks like their problem and my new card hasn't been nicked!0 -
CCs have a habit of removing online statements if a card changes. I remember Nationwide "pushing" me to upgrade my Gold Visa to a Select Visa. Once I agreed, all the old statements disappeared. They told me it was "for security". (Nonsense.) I would advise anyone with "wind" of this kind of change to save out their statements. Not all do this - I can still access my old MBNA statements from a previous card.0

It will reappear under the number of the Visa card that replaces it, along with transactions history.
It seems a bit odd that Barclays are 'automatically' issuing second Visa cards to customers who previously had both MasterCard and Visa - surely would have been better to have combined both under one account?0 -
Thanks everyone.
Eventually my account showed up the visa card had replaced the master card, with balance correct etc. So panic over!!!0 -
they are moving from Mastercard to Visa but that ought to happen before cards disappear online..0
