Anglian- do companies like this have a governing body

Hi,
The question is in the title, is there a governing body for companies like Anglian and if not what is the best approach to getting them to sort a bifold that has become faulty.

They said they would contact us and that was 2 days ago, my dad is really peeved off with their customer service apparently.

I'm not getting involved just passing on information to help them. Thanks.

They are probably FENSA members but that may only relate to problems with the glazing. I used Anglian some years ago and vowed never again, since then I've spent £100k on windows in various properties (with other suppliers). I never quite get the short sightedness of these companies
  • Is there some issue with contacting them again?

Why don't you look at their website?

They have an Accreditations page which lists a number of organisations that may be able to help you - including The Glazing Ombudsman and The Glass and Glazing Federation.

Perhaps you could've found their Complaints Procedure too.

The biggest governing body of them all is at your service https://courttribunalfinder.service.gov.uk/search/ all the others are toothless.

As you haven't told the nature of your problem they will decide if you have a claim or not.
