seriously??? I'm looking to save money by going with a company that don't have hidden costs or high fees. So I ask on MSE in the 'Employment' section. Go away.DomRavioli wrote: »And there was no need for you to be rude either.
Given this is a forum based around money saving, you should probably ask on an employment forum, not here. That would be the intelligent thing to do.0 -
Thanks. I've ended up with PayStream as their fee is £27 compared to £30 with others and based on reviews too. Still not great!xsinaftersinx wrote: »I used Paystream but I've now gone down the Ltd route but still using them as my accountants.
However the lady on the phone explained I can claim expenses and 1. didn't mention that's all going to stop on April 6th and 2. On my expenses explained form I was sent after sign up, it now says I can only claim if I work at two sites. !!!!!!? she knew I was going to working at only one.... :mad:0 -
Hi OP - From previous experience I would recommend ContractorUmbrella who are very transparent and provide excellent customer service.
Note as you mentioned there are changes to the Umbrella model in April due to legislative changes on expenses and it means it might not be as tax efficient as it used to be.
Not sure what all the rudeness is on this thread - its an employment thread and an employment question :grouphug:0 -
I am being paid through KeyPortfolio at the moment. They take I tihnk it's a max of £22 per week. But you do pay both Employer and employee NIC. But I've been better off overall as until april i can claim some expenses0
