Free/Low Cost ATMs or cashback in Florida

Hi,
Does any one know of any banks in Florida (Orlando/Kissimmee area) who dont charge for cash withdrawals.
I've already got a Nationwide Flex Account with debit/ATM card so I wont be payin charges at in the UK but I would like ot avoid or minimise paying charges to a US bank.
Also does anyone know if any retailers in the US offer cashback at the checkout like British supermarkets do.
