Buying cloths on internet from large store

Does anyone know the right of purchasing sale clothing over internet, is there protection if they do not fit can it be taken back and will money refunded

    Some stores require items bought online to be returned by post (as you say 'taken back' as opposed to sent back.

    You can send back items that do not fit , just make sure you keep everything together and send it back as nicely as you can (don't take tags off, rip packaging etc). You won't have a problem as long as you just try things on.

    Also check who will pay for return postage. Some stores state 'change of mind' returns have to be paid for by the customer (default position is paid for by the shop) If items are faulty they have to pay for the return.

    It's Dbenhams click and collect will pick up from store but will not try them on there would that be a problem taking them back sale items pls

    No you will be fine as long as like I said you dont start taking tags off etc. Debenhams and most big retailers like that are usually fine.
