DO NOT USE PG MOBILE
Absolutely disgusting customer service
i spoke with a lady after making an online inquiry on Friday, she offered me a 12 month smartphone contract. There was a connection fee involved of £30 she said that could be paid at any time or after 3 months and once paid the phone of my choice would be sent out. There is a small selection of phones available under the 12 month smartphone section. NOT ONCE during the call did she say it was sim only, i asked specifically "is this sim only or phone and sim" she told me that it was definitely not a sim only deal.
IT IS IN FACT A SIM ONLY DEAL
i also emailed saying....
i spoke with lady on the phone and she said this isn't a sim only it is handset as well
she said i need to pay 30 pound connection fee , and i can pick a phone
i would like the samsung galaxy s4 mini which is in the 12 month contract smartphone section.
If this isnt correct i will cancel
i escalated a complain for mis selling as she specifically said it is not sim only
i received a call today from laura who ISNT a manager i gathered that by the way she spoke to me and interrupted me at every point possible. she said that the lady had told me it was sim only, and i would need an upgrade for £30, she did not say this at all she has obviously brushed over this to get her sale.
i asked for the called recording and was told it would cost me ten pound. laura had not listened to the call herself somebody else had and given her some transcript notes.
i asked to speak to an actual manager , laura put the phone down on me
