Calling Europe from UK - which company/tariff??

My dad (self employed) calls europe for work a couple of times a week (to mobiles in france & italy usually) for up to 30 minutes at a time.
Can anyone point me in the direction of a good mobile company/tarriff so this doesn't cost him a fortune?!!

Why don't he look at Three network. It's free to ring France but not sure about Italy0

I use white mobile, which seems to have good prices.
There is also giffgaff, lyca mobile and g-mobile.
Also, it could be worth looking at the supermarkets: tesco, asda.
Remember to see what network they use if certain networks are poor in your area.0
