Hi, hoping someone can help me with this.
On my last assessment I successfully appealed the decision and was granted it under regulation 35(2)
I'm currently working through a reassessment form and everything in the tribunal judgement from last time still applies, so can I use their decision notice as evidence?
Thanks

I can't give you any advice I'm afraid, but I can't see why you wouldn't be able to use whatever you can to help your case. If it's not applicable or is disallowed for whatever reason, at least you'll have tried

I'm sure someone will be along soon and give you proper advice.0
