Hi
We have received two PCN's today for the same offence which happened last January (05/01/2015) and last march 17/03/15 - Given its taken over a year now to contact us I'm concerned we have done more and i'm going to get a barrage of these for the same issue? is there any thought on how long a claim is valid for?
Thanks
N

Waltham Forest Council 'penalty charge notices' over a year later?! Or Notices to Owner? Or Charge Certificates?
What are these called?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

There was a period of time where my address was wrong with the DVLA - this was resolved in November, could this be why it has taken so long?0
