DRP - Concerned about the Quoted Landmark Court Case
Comments
-
I meant to post a message of thanks to all that offered their advice but just been so busy (and atrocious memory) that I forgot. Contacted one of the suggested people, got another name who then contacted Toys 'r' Us Estates for me. They told G24 to cancel the charge, G24 cancelled it and we got an FYI from Toys 'r' Us. Not great customer service but we won and that's the main thing.
Few days later a quick letter from G24 saying charge waived. That was dated 18/03.
All the more surprising that DRP sent a further letter on the 21st with notice of intended court action. Do these people just not speak to each other!!?
Shall I just ignore it and wait until the penny drops or contact DRP asking them to go back to their masters and catch up a bit.
Really quite annoying and would like to shove it where the sun don't shine haha!!!0 -
I would email DRPlus and tell them to go swivel.

Well done!
By the way, which Retail Park was this one? I would like to add it here, with a link to your thread:

DRP robotics at work , nothing more , pay peanuts , get monkeys
you could either send them a copy of the cancellation and tell them to FRO, or IGNORE them and let them keep the mail business in business ! - its toilet paper anyway
well done for persevering, we always tell people a landowner or MA cancellation is best, yet its often ignored0 -
I wrote a very strong email with a lot of grievances. Queue time in the shop, trolley wars, purchases at both Toys and Aldi. A sign post which wasn't at all visible and may as well not have been there when dealing with kids having a tantrum etc... etc...
I don't have contact details here as I did this from work but will try and remember to post these tomorrow. It was Botley Road Retail Park in Oxford. The side with both Aldi & Toys.0 -
I know that retail park as one of my sprogs went to an Oxford college for a few years so we got to know the City a bit. I will add your success to the relevant thread and if you can add the name of the contact, that would be useful to others in future.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
