In November, I complained to the head office of Vapourized (the ecig shop) regarding faulty devices bought and the misleading information given my their customer service assistants. I received emails back asking for more information and after a few exchanges, they agreed to refund me £210. Twice they have said they have transferred the money back into my account but they haven't. I emailed again last week, given that's now been 4 months since I originally contacted them, and now they are ignoring me.
What can I do?

What can I do?
Is that a bank account, a credit card account, a Vapourized account or something else?0 -
Whats the situation surrounding the ecigs being faulty? Faulty how? When were they purchased and when did the faults develop?
How did you pay for them and what were the individual prices of things? You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -

If you paid by debit or credit card you may be able to do a Chargeback via your bank. However, there's usually a 120 day limit to make a claim so you may be too late.
If you paid by credit card you can ask your card provider for a Section 75 refund.
Alternatively, you could take court action.
I'm guessing you have correspondence from them saying they will refund you, which means you have a strong case.0
