If all is clear, regarding the lease/parking space, then it would appear that you are in a position to and if i was in your situation, then it would be game on, you can, and in my opinion should cause maximum grief to both the management company for taking on a Parasitic Parking Company, and to the PPC its self.
UKPC also operate a self ticketing system: http://www.ukparkingcontrol.com/Self-Ticketing-Service
    With our Self Ticketing Service:
YOU have total control of your car parking area
YOU have all the necessary equipment to manage your parking regulations on site
YOU issue the tickets to vehicles in breach of the terms of parking
WE do the rest! – administration, phone calls, payments, appeals
10% client revenue rebate (subject to site survey)
In other words its highly likely that the tickets are being issued by a nominated person possibly even a neighbour, who will be pocketing 10% of every ticket paid.
You can tell the management company to FRO with regards to ticketing in your space, and you will not be displaying a permit if you warn them you can also inform them that you will be charging them for wasting your time in dealing with their agents, the parking parasites.

You can then collect as many parking charge notices as you possibly can, and beat each and every one at POPLA once you have a winning formula it should eb just a case of rinse and repeat.
in theory you should be able to get a parking charge notice for each day, thats 364 days a year = 364 tickets challenged and won at popla.
This will keep POPLA busy ( and profitable as the PPC has to pay for each challenge made by the motorist) the ticket issuer will be busy, and if you can bring your neighbours into this it will help build community bonds/relations

That's why I said I would renew it, because before you know it you would have half a dozen PCNs or more and if you were away and could not appeal some, UKPC would swoop with a small claim for multi-tickets and bother you with the court process.
Genesis should be bought fully into this, with a cease and desist letter aimed firmly at them, they have bought the PPC in, and they should deal with the mess, perhaps MarchFC14 should familiarise himself/herself with UKPC vs Davey, although Mr Davey knew exactly what he was doing it may be of interest

Thanks, I'll try and find Mr Davey's post.

In this instance, the parting attendant was wearing an official UKPC uniform, I caught him as he issued my ticket.
