Underwriters cancelled my phone insurance

Hi,
I am currently with an insurance known as geek squad who are underwritten by Aviva. I made a claim for my iPad mini which sadly was stolen at a funeral I attended with my mum, when I made the claim, I was told that they would give me an iPad Air 2 in place of the iPad mini which I accepted. On the 25th of January 2016 I received a letter from geek squad saying:
"in accordance with the terms and conditions of your Geek Squad insurance policy, Aviva insurance Limited will no longer provide cover on your iPad Air 2 16GB Silver from 2nd March 2016. The underwriters Aviva Insurance Limited has the right to cancel this policy under the terms and conditions as stated in Section 2 under Cancellation of your policy by us."

I read the terms and conditions and these are the reasons:
Cancellation of Your Policy by Us
1. If you pay your premiums monthly, you must pay your premiums on time (General Condition 5). If a premium is not paid on time, we will notify you of this, and if the payment is not received within 14 days, either by our second attempt to take the payment, or you making the payment by alternative means, your policy will be cancelled from the date the premium was due without the need for us to give any further notice to you. At our discretion, we may, following a request from you, allow this policy to resume where payment has been made after such a 14 day period, but we are under no obligation to do so.
2. We may also cancel this policy in the following circumstances:
a. If you withhold information, give or use false information, or give incomplete information that we have requested during a claim, we may decline the claim and may cancel the policy immediately. This could result in you losing all entitlements and benefits under this policy and where your actions are deliberate or reckless you will not be entitled to a refund.
b. If you use your phone to commit a crime or to allow any crime to take place, we will cancel it immediately with no refund of premium.
c. If you fail to tell us that you are no longer a UK resident or no longer own the phone shown
on your certificate, in accordance with the ‘Changes we need to know about’ section, your policy will be cancelled with effect from the date that we became aware of such change and where a monthly premium is paid after this date, it will be refunded. If you pay your premium annually you will be entitled to a proportionate refund of the premium paid, calculated on the number of unexpired, whole months remaining on the policy.
d. We will monitor your claims during the life of your policy and if at any time we consider that the circumstances and number of claims submitted suggest that you are consistently failing to take reasonable care to protect your phone from damage or loss (General Condition 3), we may cancel your policy by providing you with at least 30 days’ written notice. If you pay your premium monthly, the policy will be cancelled at the end of the period for which we last received premium. If you pay your premium annually you will be entitled to a proportionate refund of the premium paid, calculated on the number of unexpired, whole months remaining on the policy.

. This is the 4th claim I have made with geek squad so they must think I fall under 'D' and they I'm failing to take reasonable care to protect my device. I took out insurance as I have a son and he can be very clumsy when he ends up with my phone so I try everything to keep it away which is the reason why I took out the insurance . I have made 3 loss claims and 1 damage claim, one incident I was pick pocketed whilst on the train and realised once I got off my phone was not with me, then with the iPad someone very heartless stole it from my mums bag, and with another loss I went somewhere and realised my phone was not in my bag. Now I'm unsure if they think I'm dodgy, but I'm not. If that's how they feel, how can I prove to them that I'm not that sort of person?. I have written to them but heard nothing from them, they do not have a contact number so I can't even call them. My home content insurance is also underwritten by Aviva, will I also be affected if I was to make a claim on my contents one day ? I feel like I have been blacklisted. And on the 8th of March 2016 I took out a contract for the Samsung S7 Edge and when I chose to insure it, geek squad declined me. Now I'm at wits end . I don't know what else to do, I'm not a dodgy person, but I guess they do not see that. What can I do to make them believe me if they think I'm suspicious en really I'm not?

Thanks (Sorry for the long story)

They don't think you're dodgy, they just think you are too high risk for them, which of course you are! Clearly they have used the claims record condition in the policy to cancel your insurance here but you can't force them to change their stance. No insurance company is obliged to take your business so you will unfortunately need to look elsewhere, though I suspect the premium required for such a high risk person will make the insurance pointless.

I have a friend like you, he loses probably at least 3 phones a year (I've lost one in 15 years!). He doesn't bother with insurance but just buys cheap (sometimes second hand) smartphones.

Honestly I think you should consider this route as it will probably be cheaper in the long run. Phones / tablets have come a long way and you would be surprised what even just £50 gets you these days.
