Please could we have some ideas of what a 43 m2 loft conversion would cost approximately in Greater London? (Currently 3 bedroom semi)
It will include a Hip to Gable and Dormer at the rear. With 1 bathroom and 2 Bedrooms.
Many thanks.

A company selling/renovating properties for profit asking on a public forum how much will a loft coversion cost..
Why don't you invite a few companies to quote for the work and go with the company you have most confidence in..
You might want to have a look at the forum rules on advertising businesses on the site.0 -
Thanks for your comments however if we're not mistaken you have no idea what type of renovations we do.
We were under the impression that forums are to help not hinder people. Positive criticism would be beneficial for all.0 -
Forum rules do not permit you to use your business name to promote your business. No free lunch, and no free laptop

Very true but I did flick through your webstie. We were under the impression that forums are to help not hinder people. Positive criticism would be beneficial for all.
Absolutely but this forum is not for advertising your business.
Plenty of websites out there where you can post looking for quotes/estimates. Every post you make is advertising your business which ,if you had bothered to read the rules is not allowed as they don't want to be inundated with spam , which is understandable.
Being a prefessional in the industry that sells/markets properties for clients to clients surely any professional would invite companies to tender for the work and not a post on a money saving forum for posters opinions which are just that , opinions .
Doesn't sound a very professional way of doing business.0
