Fridge door ajar for 9 days when away? Food safe? Fridge ok?

It was just ajar and no more as in it must of closed and opened a tiny amount, everything inside was cool though not as cold as it normally is, ice box was still frozen and everything inside frozen too.

The only perishable things in the fridge were some yogurts anyway but are they safe to eat just in case as I hate waste.

And leaving the door a little ajar shouldnt badly damage the fridge shall it?

Fridge will be fine, open a yogurt and smell it/taste a bit. I'm sure you'll know if it's good or not.

If everything is still frozen and not icy or squishy it will be ok, assuming you mean a fridge freezer then you would have had a puddle if it defrosted.

Its a large fridge but has an ice box, which was still frozen the only difference between the food normally and now was that lets say normally the containers feel very cold to touch and things like bottles have condensation, now they are just cool to touch and no condensation.

and no leakages of any sort.

The fridge would have been working overtime to keep the temperature down to its setting.
I would say that the food should be OK but your electricity bill will be sky high
