Amex preferred rewards gold card - OH eligible?

Hi - I'm coming up to my 1 year anniversary of having a amex preferred gold card so naturally will cancel it before the huge second year fee. My question is would be OH be eligible for the 20,000 point reward if she applied now ( metting all the terms of course). Its worth noting that she is currently an "additional" card holder but the account is in my name only. The terms seem a touch vague at amex but wondered if anyone else has had the same situation.

No issue with her applying and being eligible for the bonus, providing she hasn't held any MR earning Amex (Green, Gold, Plat) in her own name (not including any supplementary card on anyone else's account) in the last six months.
Remember that if you refer her from your account before you close yours, she'll get 22k MR points and you'll get another 9k for the referral.0
