CCleaner advice needed

On running CCleaner\Tools\search for duplicate files, I was shocked to find how many there are in my PC. The problem is I don't know which of the files to delete (if any). Several, for instance, are duplicate google earth files, listed as: Google Earth\Client and Google Earth\plugin and Google Earth\alchemy, they all appear as duplicated files in the CCleaner analysis.
Can anyone help me decide which need to be deleted please.
Can anyone help me decide which need to be deleted please.
Trying to learn something new every day.

Divided opinion on this but personally I would leave well alone.
This an old article but still relevant....

I wouldn't delete any system files. Modern Windows versions keep backups of system files so that they can be restored if they are inappropriately modified or become corrupt.
Generally speaking, Windows can look after itself. The duplicate finder is only a good idea for locating personal files that you might have inadvertently duplicated.
So, if you're not sure what a file is used for, don't delete it.
And, for the love of god, don't run the registry cleaner willy-nilly, either!0 -
