Barclaycard eligability checker

Some months ago I received a mailing from Barclaycard suggesting that I apply for one of their BT cards.
Tonight I decided to put my details into their eligibility checker to see what happened and got the unexpected response that they could not find me and to contact my local authority.
I know that I am on the electoral roll and have been for several years. I have completed the new personal registration as well. I have bank accounts/credit cards/mobile phone contract/utility bills at this address. I entered my full name exactly as I know it appears on the electoral roll.
Any thoughts?
