Is it worth buying a NEW projector with S-Video input? In fact, is it possible?

Hi all
I am helping a local charity install a new projector in their meeting room. After routing through all the cables today I have come across loads of reasons why the new projector should run with an S-Video input. One of the reasons is the buried cables, extra walls built since the original projector was installed 7 years ago. Then there's the issue of the old VHS VCR controlling the outputs from 3 seperate Sky boxes for the residents. It really is a mess and I haven't got the time to replace all the cables, RF Modulators, amplifiers etc. They have been Quoted £3,000 which they can't afford. So, at present there is an existing projector (Panasonic) installed but it is literally on its last 10 year old legs. I am thinking of just swapping this out and replacing it with a new projector with the same S-Video input.
Will we get a 'decent' picture?
Can you still buy decent, projectors with S -Video inputs?
Thanks all.

Thank you to user I have spoken. Reviews are good. Price is right. We'll be going for this.
REALLY, REALLY stupid question...
I assume I can just remove the existing Panasonic Projector that is connected using S-V!deo anda simply replace it with this one?0 -
S-Video itself is analogue and doesn't need any setup/calibration, you'll just have to put the projector onto the correct input, if applicable, and focus it on the screen once installed.0

£3000 for a projector ?"If I know I'm going crazy, I must not be insane"0
