Dear all. I'm not sure if this is the right forum for my query but I wasn't sure where to post this. I have an issue with Parcelforce, on their website they claim they delivered a parcel that was sent to me back in June, but they never delivered it. The sender has proof of postage and a tracking number so I am certain they did post it. I have logged a complaint with them online but that, and subsequent emails, have been ignored. I now want to send my complaint via registered mail to the Customer Services Manager but I cannot find the name of this person or the address for Parcelforce on their website. I have rang them and ask for the details but they just keep repeating I should logg the complaint online. Can anyone help me find this information at all please? Many thanks.

Natalie, this does help as if I send my letter to them I'm sure they'll re-direct it to the appropriate department. Well, here's wishing anyway. Many thanks for the info.

Hi,

if you are the buyer then it is really upto the sender to claim/chase up as they are the one with the 'contract' with parcelforce. Is it a company that have sent the item or a private person?

to be honest it doesnt surprise me one bit.
now and then someone at our local sorting office steals post (actually its quite frequently) and all i ever get is a blank wall from royal mail. i never really know when i buy something from ebay whether i'm going to get it or not.
once the whole roads post was stolen including condolence cards for a lady whose husband had died. when i tried to contact royal mail about it they couldnt have cared less.
