There are many, not limited to desirable handsets but anything which can generally be exchanged for cash. Here's three:

1. Competitive. Listing and item auction format and ending up with a seemingly high closing bid. The buyer never pays - he was shielding an auction for the same item.
2. Buy Swap & Return Fraud. The buyer wins and pays ... then sends an identical phone back (different IMEI) which could be blocked in the near future.
3. Paypal charge back. The payment is reversed upon some complaint regarding the phone at the best part of the time limit (180 days?) so that there is a good chance you've binned the proof of postage by then.
