Nationwide packaged account >Breakdown rescue/travel insurance?

Just thinking about packaged accounts and noted that Nationwide T&C say that with regard to breakdown cover, cars must be maintained in accordance with manufs schedules.
So if you breakdown, callout recovery person will ask to see your fully stamped up service book??
Also with regard to worldwide travel insurance in flexplus,,it seems to say that cover is up to 75 years old but for older, simply pay £50.
Anyone experience or comments please??

Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..

I guess if the recovery person finds the car in a poor condition and later you fail to show proofs of proper maintenance, the policy will be voided.
Re travel, see Nationwide FlexPlus - Travel Insurance Cost WARNING!
I guess if you don't have any medical conditions, it's as simple as paying £50.

I think you will find that all breakdown insurance has a similar condition. Wouldn't you make it a condition?
I doubt you would ever need to show your service record unless the breakdown man considered it obvious that the car was in poor condition.0 -
I have used the Nationawide breakdown service - via Britannia - and no one asked to see a stamped service book. It's ridiculous anyway - who takes their service book with them when they drive? It's something you use once a year.0

I think you will find the same condition in the small print of the AA and RAC0
