Equifax phone number not working !!!

Hi all.

New to this forum hope someone can help. Trying to sign up to the equifax £2 credit report but they needed more information, thats great but the phone number they gave me doesn't work. Starts fine and they ask you to pick an option and every option they have I tried but just cuts you off !!
Really want to sort this as looking into mortgages. The phone number given was 0800 014 2955.

I've just done a Google search and come up with an alternative number for Equifax 0845 603 3000

But you can sign up with https://www.clearscore.com/ for free to view your Equifax credit file

Just go to the Equifax website and there's 2 numbers if you type contact number in the "Ask a question" box.

Beware the 0845 number is premium rate and the call charges haven't been declared.
