Landlord's Gas Central Heating Breakdown Cover

can someone recomend me the approx cost of the above? I would be intrested if you could recomend me a cover provider too!
BTW i have a vialliant bolier, approx 5 years old but regularly serviced, i feel it would be better to have a yearly cover!

yep you are right, the above cover provides that too, just wanted to know how good is service is and secondly if their is a better option available!
