Advice on new bathroom unit delivered damaged

I purchased a bathroom unit with was delivered with a crack in the sink, a missing shelf and a plinth panel that was the wrong size.
I signed for the items as 'unchecked' since we live on the 4th floor and could not unwrap and check items on the street.
I called up within an hour of taking the delivery to report the damage and mistakes and was told to email photographs, which I did immediately. They told me I could expect a replacement about 3-4 days later.
There was no sign of a delivery a week later and I called them again to ask for an update. They said they are 'waiting to hear back from their supplier' and couldn't give me any idea of when anything would happen.
This is all making me very nervous that I don't feel like I can do anything but I really can't just wait around with no idea of if/when this will be resolved.
I'd really appreciate any advice of what I could do in this situation. The part of the unit that arrived was fitted based on them assuring me a replacement sink would be out soon, but this means I can't return it all and ask for a refund.

How long has it been since you reported the damage to them then? You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0

It doesn't help you get the sink, but just to say, if it's faulty on receipt you can still pursue it regardless of condition so don't worry that you fitted it. It was in good faith after all. Hopefully they will just deliver the new one very soon.
When it happened to me they sent the replacement out and I had to get rid of the faulty one myself - they didn't collect it.0
