Hi,
Well after watching martin yesterday on morning tv, I realised I hadn't switched energy providers in quite some time, so came onto his site did the search and the leader was a company called flow energy.
I went through the whole process of switching, reduced my monthly bill by £51 a month !
well, 24 hours later I still have not received the email from them to confirm my switch, Ive checked spam too and its not in there, so maybe there was a mis type on my email address who knows?
I have this morning tried to call the company in order to check they have my details etc, both numbers given on their website, ring for about 3 rings then cut off, ive tried numerous times since they opened at 8.30am this morning?
has anyone else had any dealings with this company?
thank you
Joanne

I changed to flow 18 months ago and it did seem to take an age compared to previous changes.
Their communication is not good, they take 14 days to get back to you and it took me 2 months to get my £300 credit back from them, built up over less than a year because they kept upping the DDR.
They are cheap though and as long as nothing goes wrong it's fine0 -
Big thread on here .
Enough of a negative for me not to use them .
