Disneyland Paris next April

Hi Everyone,
I was wondering whether anybody could help me in making some decisions about a holiday in Disneyland Paris in April 2008.

We want to make the holiday a memorable one (for the right reasons !).The reason we have decided to do this is that my mother-in-law sadly died earlier this year and left us some money. We want to use part of this money on a holiday to Disneyland Paris for our 2 boys (will be aged 10 and 7) to 'remember' Nanny Olive by.

I have spent a lot of time reading about the best time to go and I believe for us it will be next April (probably week beginning 15th April). There will be 6 of us in total - 4 adults and 2 kids (my parents will be also be coming with us).

We would like to take our car and stay in France for a week and Disneyland Paris for 2nights/3days.

My thoughts are at the moment that we will go through the Channel Tunnel, book a cottage with indoor pool (kids love swimming) in the Pas-De-Calais region with FrenchLife (therefore enabling us to use Tesco Clubcard vouchers), and then book a Disney Hotel for the Monday-Wednesday for that week.

I am currently looking at booking Castle Club rooms at the Disneyland Hotel for these 2 nights. I realise this is incredibly expensive and this will take up most of the budget we are working to but I suppose one of my questions is - is it worth it or are there better options? (Other suites at other hotels?)
My main reason for considering this is that you receive the VIP Fastpass (able to use any fastpass queue at anytime) and also that it is at the gates of the park (As we have my parents with us we want to cut out the walking as much as possible and also it would be good to be able to 'pop' back to the hotel during the day)

I am also trying to find a travel agent or website (through quidco?) where I can get a discount or early booking offer - not many seem to offer the accommodation only and/or castle club rooms as an option.

I would consider booking somewhere other than FrenchLife so if anyone knows a reasonably priced cottage with use of an indoor swimming pool that they could recommend then please let me know !! (It would have to be somewhere on the Calais to Paris route - or not too far off!) I know that Siblu is an option with a campsite near Disneyland - but my husband doesn't fancy camping/mobile home in April.

Thank you all for your help.
