hi. my dad is due in court thursday with abbey. can i go instead? i've been dealing with everything so far. thanks in advance.

While you can go with him and with the courts permission presnt his case for him he does have to be present himselfAs I am not the Pope or legally qualified I may be wrong so feel free to get a second opinion from a qualified person0
