When the PPI episode came to light I was banking with Santander who had not to long taken over from the ABBEY. Although I was successful in a claim with Santander, I informed them that I had loans with Abbey. they informed me it was another bank so they would not have details regarding loans I had with them. So I am I right in suggesting that ABBEY BANK has got away with the PPI scam!

Why did you not take this further at the time and why now?.
Santander do PPI claims from Abbey, Don't know why they would say this.
How old is the PPI you are talking about?, perhaps they would not have been able to find you on the system due to the year you took the PPI out.
Do you have paperwork regarding these loans and what are your reasons for mis sell?.0
