Having received, last week, the SP "sorry you are leaving" letter as I am transferring to BG under the Big Switch, I was very surprised to receive an invitation on behalf of SP to join the above. it is apparently run by the survey company Flex, and this is the link you use if you want to join:
So do you think it could be "fun" to join and say what you think about SP? (Oh, and they claim to be giving away "prizes" to members!)

They have been running this for some time. Done a couple of online focus groups that they paid up for.0
