indesit clearance still item not delivered - 7weeks later

Hello,
I ordered a microwave from the indesit clearance sale that was sent round on one of 'Martins Money tTps' emails. Seven weeks later, about 5 hrs on the phone and 2 unanswered emails and i still have had no joy.
Can anyone advise me or give me the email address of a director at indesit. I am seriously pee's off as you can imagine

Have they given you a date in the email when they were expecting this to be delivered?0

No but when ordering they stated that its normally 3 working days because they have such a 'good relationship' with their delivery partners UPS.0
