Anyone have any success getting rust from a rusty screw in a shower , out of white grout?
I have used washing up liquid slightly diluted , with no luck , same with thick bleach , and the usual bathroom cleaner sprays
Any ideas?
Cheers

I think you may have made the rust stain permanent now used bleach on it."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

You tried one of those steamers?
What about a grout pen?
If neither of these sort it then just scrape that bit out and patch the grout.0 -
Grout pens are useless (tippex works better)
See if you can tighten the screw and put a blob of grout over it.
You can buy the grout from bargain shops for £1 (or tippex)0 -
Remove screw, chip out rusty grout, replace grout.0

The screw is holding the back plate of a shower in , the rust is whats `dripped` down recently , i plan to open up the shower to sort the source of the rust , and will be getting the grout saw as suggested
