Legal events are exempt from FOI so you won't get it that way.

I can say though that the case you are looking for is SC348/15 at Glasgow court. And the second point is that Perky maintains a list of his "wins" on his site and an analysis of them shows he is very careful about the cases he picks.

A longer term analysis of all the cases in Scotland shows only VCS. UKPC, Euro Car Park and Combined ever getting a case listed. (Civil Enforcement excepted for obvious reasons)

95%+ of these cases are VCS and centre around Dundee/Edinburgh. The VCS cases, it is alleged, were done for a fixed fee by the solicitors there (ambulance chasing) but have dried up as they were essentially loss making - as they are in England.

Not quite true. I spoke to SCS and they gave me the result of a previous FOI 'asked about Parking Lie.

The solicitors involved were McArdles so you could ask them if it is true or not. What is true is that there was such as case, but normally there are 5 to 7 stages for a Scots court case. This was over in 1 so McArdles will be your best best
