Hi everyone please could you help?
Since Virgin Media moved its email platform I have received undelivered email messages from random email addresses, - (this has been happening for a long time). Email messages, (supposedly from me) have also been sent to my friends email addresses, using my contacts list. I have stopped sending out any emails from my ntlworld address and it still happens! I have changed my password several times, regularly run MacAfee virus checker, & Malwarebytes.
I have looked on Facebook, and on internet blogs, and lots of people and small businesses have been affected, but nothing seems to being done by Virgin Media !!!
Has anyone managed to get Virgin Media to fix this problem?
Please search web for article entitled ,
‘Virgin Media spoof email mystery: Customers take to Facebook' - ISP: There has been no breach, no idea what you mean?’ (9 Feb 2016)
- (Sorry I could not post the link)
Any suggestions? - (Maybe get Watchdog consumer complaints involved?)
Please Martin could you and your team investigate this further?
Please could you get Virgin Media fix this?
Thank you in advance.

Get a yahoo or gmail account or one of the many others. At least you wont have issues if you change ISP in the future.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0

I get weird and wonderful spam/phishing from Virgin since they moved their emails. I just hit spam and ignore. They come randomly once a month usually. You can sign into their help forum and loads of complaints there. They just tell you to delete and ignore. Never reply or click the links. I get them all the time on Outlook, its just a fact of life online.
Oh Martin does not own this site any more.0
