HI, today I bought a new dishwasher from a shop on a retail park all going well here managed to get a tenner off
all fine. Get it home after they put in the car, installed it . come later in the day after going out for a bit we notice teh door is not aligned. Phoned dishwasher company and they asked me to put it on check for leaks - no leaks. Phone back they would send a engineer out but if it's not a manufacturing fault then i would have to pay. no no no. Phoned company bought it off and they said i have 48 hours to report any faults. is that correct? i could return it for a replacement of refund but i would have to take it back. Taking it back is not the issue its how much damage i could cause getting it in the car with out the polystyrene protecting it. advice please we are now waiting to arrange a engineer visit date do i wait for that or is there something else i can do? I am annoyed as i was also offered free next day delivery but didn't take it as was already there. Had i had this delivered i could get replacement same time they took this one away as they say it needs to go back same way it was bought. Help me please

90% chance the machine isn't levelled/installed properly, pull the machine out and see if that sorts it and the feet are level, very common that when there pushed in between units that it twists if it's a tight space and the control panel sits of line, this can be adjusted out normally.
Common since would tell you that if it's a install problem and not a fault on the machine that you would have to pay for a engineer visit0 -
Use a spirit level or Download on your phone0

Sadly its very level.0 -
Please post a picture, but it's likely to be physically damaged.0

Does the machine work ok? To me a dishwasher is a functional "tool" to do a job and not something I would spend much time looking at.0

Does it function as a dishwasher ?
So no leaks then, if no leaks and it works as it should what's the issue ?0
